Because each purchased minute becomes a unique and permanently reserved place in the A Trace in History archive, purchases are generally non-refundable.

If a payment error occurs, you are charged incorrectly, or the purchased minute is not successfully recorded in the archive, please contact us and we will review your request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
